Visa, passport and immigration decisions are made solely by the relevant government authority, embassy or consulate. XLNC does not guarantee approval of any visa, passport or travel document application under any circumstances. Our role is limited to providing guidance and preparing accurate documentation based on the information you provide.
Service fees are communicated prior to engagement and are separate from any government, embassy, airline or third-party charges. Fees paid to XLNC for consultation and documentation support are non-refundable once services have commenced, except where required by law.
Where we assist with flight bookings, hotel bookings, travel insurance or similar services, those services are governed by the respective third-party provider's terms and conditions. XLNC facilitates these bookings but is not liable for changes, cancellations or issues caused by the third-party provider.
XLNC shall not be held liable for visa rejection, travel disruption, or any loss arising from decisions made by embassies, consulates, airlines, hotels or other third parties, provided our services were carried out with reasonable professional care.
